Delivery Information
We aim to deliver to anywhere in the UK within 28 days of receiving
your order. Should we be unable to deliver within this time frame
we will contact you to discuss the matter.
We will refund in full if we are unable to deliver your order
within 60 days.
The goods will be sent by Royal Mail/Parcel Force and will be
insured against loss or damage in transit between our premises
and the delivery address.
Please refer to our Postage and Packing charges on the order
form for actual amount payable.
We reserve the right to decline acceptance of your order at our
discretion.
Payment
We accept payment by credit or debit card only. No payments will
be processed until your order is ready for dispatch.
We also accept credit card orders by telephone - +44(0)1326 561949.
If you wish to pay by this method, please send your order to
us first, so that we can check all the details are correct before
we make the telephone transaction.
VAT & Customs Duties
Value Added Tax is charged on goods within the European Union.
UK VAT is currently 17.5%.
We are required by law to collect VAT on orders despatched to
addresses within the European Union. Orders sent to anywhere
else in the world will not be subject to VAT.
Customs Information for Overseas Orders
Orders despatched outside the European Union may be subject to
local taxes and customs charges.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of
the contents as well as a description of the items. Any customs
or import duties levied once the package reaches your country
must be borne by you. Your local customs office will be able
to provide further information.
Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase,you can contact us within 7 working days after you receive
the goods to arrange to return them and receive a full refund
of the purchase price.
If the return is due to an error on our part , or the goods were
faulty, we will of course reimburse you for the return postage
and refund the original delivery charges as well as the original
purchase of the goods. However, if you are returning the goods
for any other reason, you will have to pay for the return delivery,
as we will only refund the original payment for the goods and
postage and packing.
Please note that we will not refund on any returned goods received
by us damaged, or any returns lost in transit.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted up to 4 working days from
date of order. After this time, if goods have already been despatched,
you would need to return the goods, at your expense.
Refund will only be made when we are in receipt of these goods
in a resaleable condition. If received in any other condition,
a partial refund may be made at our discretion.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, either by letter,
fax or email.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation being agreed.
These conditions do not affect your statuary rights as a UK consumer.

given under Contact Us. We will do our best to resolve
your query as speedily as possible, and will in any event contact
you to acknowledge it within 5 working days.
